Led by Hillary Power and Paige Appel, this weekend immersion offers highly curated, expert-guided practices to help you tune in to your inner knowing and embody your highest self. Our time together will include intention setting, reflection circles, somatic movement, guided meditation, gentle breathwork, a native plant and folk herbalism medicine-making walk, healing with horses, group reiki, and a tea ceremony.
