Root to Crown is offered twice a year, in the transitional seasons of Fall and Spring.

Each virtual class is recorded and uploaded to an online portal for easy access. While attending live is highly encouraged to honor the circle we are creating together, all sessions can be revisited.

Classes are 90 minutes long, except for Week 1 and Week 8, which are 2 hours each. Each class includes a healing element—such as a meditation, Reiki, or an embodied spiritual practice—alongside a lecture and time for questions and sharing.

Spring 2025 dates will be announced in mid-January. Enrollment for Spring 2025 will open on January 21 for the waitlist and January 28 for the general public.

Syllabus

Week 1 ~

Opening Ceremony, introductions, setting the intention for being here, honoring the lineages and teachers we are learning from. Topics include: Yin/Yang, The Wheel of the Year, The Seasons, The Archetypes, Times of Day, Heaven and Earth, The Elements, The Three Dantians, The Chakra System, The Planetary Days of the Week, and Home Practice begins.

Week 2 ~

The Root and the Hara, The Root Chakra, Understanding the Needs of the Chakra, Correlation with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, The Nervous System, Grounding, Nourishing Herbs, Q&A, and a Home Practice.

Week 3 ~

Root Guest Teacher: Kristen Cassie – Somatics and Herbs

Week 4 ~

The Heart Chakra as the Compass: Anatomy of the Heart, The Ancient Wisdom of the Heart, The Temple, The Bridge Between Heaven and Earth, and Devotion.

Week 5 ~

Heart Guest Teacher: Ali Ofstedal – Navigating from the Heart

Week 6 ~

Crown Chakra and the Upper Dantian, Divine Connection, Quantum Mechanics, Our Spiritual Teams, Signs & Developing Our Personal Dictionary, Archangels, The Importance of Stillness and Silence.

Week 7 ~

Crown Guest Teacher: Melanie Esperon – The Clairs and Communicating with Our Teams

Week 8 ~

Bringing it all Together, Toolbox of Additional Practices, Final Shares, and Closing Ceremony

Cost & Payment Plans

The cost of tuition for the 8 week live program is $2,200. This includes Gaby’s time and experience, energy healing and guided meditation recordings throughout the course, compensating our guest experts, and to support expenses that make the course happen. Tuition is offered at a sliding scale with payment plan options.

BIPOC discount of 11% is available at any sliding scale option.

$2,000 - This payment option is for those who do not have excess income and are only able to pay for their basic needs.

Choose between 3 monthly payments of $666 (charged automatically over 3 months) or 4 monthly payments of $500 (charged automatically over 4 months). The first payment is processed upon registration.

$2,200 - This is the cost of the course and is the payment option for those who live comfortably and are able to support themselves.

$2,400 - This payment option is for those who have more than enough and would like to contribute to supporting fellow students. Includes a full Tarot Reading with Gaby as a gift.

About Gaby

Gaby Azorsky is a healing arts practitioner and medicine woman weaving together Reiki, meditation, clairvoyance, and folk herbalism. Her Southern California-based practice is rooted in the heart, Heaven and Earth, compassion, deep listening, and re-membering our true essence. She sees clients one on one and holds group workshops, and she hosts Spiral Deeper, her podcast established in February 2024.

Over the last 13 years, Gaby has been a student of the spiritual and earthly realms of meditation, herbalism, Reiki, channeling, building businesses and creative endeavors, all after guiding herself through many dark nights of depression, anxiety, and simply not wanting to be here anymore. She loves to focus on foundational daily practices that over time, create inner compassion, softness, and connectedness with the beauty that surrounds us and holds us at all times.

In her hours of nervous system tending and care, you can find her sitting for Tea, walking outside, admiring the stars and trees, writing, chatting with the barista at her local cafe, and even watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

  • That's okay! All classes are recorded and uploaded to an online portal, so you can watch or listen at your convenience. While live participation is encouraged to fully connect with the community, the recordings are there for you.

  • You will have access to the course recordings for 6 months after the course ends, allowing you to revisit any material. This timeframe honors the privacy of participants while accommodating diverse learning styles and schedules.

  • Anyone who feels called to join is welcome. All "levels", all folks.

  • Each class is 90 minutes, except for Week 1 and Week 8, which are 2 hours. In addition to live sessions, there may be optional home practices and reflections. You will have access to the recordings to revisit at your own pace.

  • This course is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to these practices or already experienced, the teachings will meet you where you are and support your growth.

  • Be present with the live classes, reflect on the material, and make the home practices your own. The more you invest in your journey, the more you’ll receive from the experience.
