Reiki Master, Meditation Practitioner, Tarot Reader, Folk Herbalism Apprentice, Intuitive Guide, Creative Consultant - I started studying Reiki in 2020 simply by following my intuition to sign up for a training and “see what happens”, and immediately fell in love. It reminded me of my first meditation class when I had just turned 21 in New York City, and I knew I had to practice meditation everyday for the rest of my life.

Reiki is pure love in flow, motion. It is soft, humble, and sweetly compassionate, accompanied by loving touch. It is my privilege to support you on your unique radiant path, to be just a fraction of your journey, to empower you to be your own guide and answer, to know that you are free in any moment to sit with your sadness and to create your dreams, and to know, remember, and receive the embodiment that you are pure love, you are nature.

My personal journey began very young - I was incredibly sensitive and special and bold and creative, and also struggled with anxiety and depression on and off through childhood and teenage years. Through an accumulation of self-understanding, therapy, somatic work, etc etc etc, from age 15 until now, I have radically and courageously created my life step by step to reflect my true essence. And I continue to do this even now as you read this. It has been a homecoming, and a reclaiming, of my true nature.
